What to Expect?
Arrive a few minutes early
We'll confirm your contact information and insurance details at check-in. First visits typically run 60–90 minutes.
Comprehensive exam
Your provider will review your health history, perform a full oral evaluation, take any necessary X-rays, and discuss your goals for your smile.
Cleaning and photos
In most cases, we'll complete a professional cleaning and take clinical photos on your first visit.
Your personalized treatment plan
Before you leave, your provider will walk you through any recommended treatment, timelines, and next steps. No surprises.
New Patient Forms
Save time on the day of your appointment by completing your paperwork ahead of time. We recommend submitting your new patient forms at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Forms cover your health and dental history, contact information, and consent for treatment. Please bring a valid photo ID and your insurance card to your first appointment.
Insurance
We are in-network with several major dental insurance plans and welcome patients with out-of-network benefits as well. Our team will verify your coverage before your appointment and walk you through any estimated costs, so you always know what to expect. We handle all insurance billing on your behalf. You focus on your care, we'll handle the paperwork.
